90 percent of our cutomers are not gluten free.  They buy our cookies just because they are simply doughlicious!  However some people avoid gluten for health or personal reasons.  Gluten is a substance present in cereal grains, especially wheat, that is responsible for the elastic texture of dough. To make a gluten free cookie we use a rice blend flour that does not contain gluten.  This way even those who are avoiding gluten can enjoy our cookies!  

All of the ingredients we use are certified gluten-free.  However they are baked in a home that also uses gluten on separate equipment.  

Currently we offer six amazing flavors!  Don’t ask me which one is my favorite…that is like asking me which child I like best.  I love them all!  (You’ll see what i’m talking about after you try them).  Eventually I would like to expand my flavors but that takes time and testing.  It takes A LOT to make an amazing gluten-free cookie.  And I will not put anything out there unless it passes my approval. So at this time you can enjoy any of the six flavors offered and look out for new flavors in the future.  

Our bagged cookies are fresh baked from my home to yours and last up to three weeks.  However they are so doughlicious they probably won’t even be around that long!  

Our Cookies by the pound are pachaged in a regular box.  They are also fresh baked from my home to yours and should be consumed immediately or placed in an airtight container to keep cookies fresh for 3-7 days.  

It’s true that in the past gluten-free baked goods were not the best tasting. And this has given gluten-free a bad name. However with the right ingredients and techniques, they can be just as delicious. That’s why I named this company after the cookies, because they are Simply Doughlicious Cookies.  Even to those who are not gluten free.  Just check out our testimonies on the home page.  

These cookies are produced in a home that processes eggs, milk, soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat.  All wheat products are produced on separate equipment to minimize cross-contamination.  If you have any questions or concerns please email info@simplydoughliciouscookies.com.  

Orders are normally shipped out within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Exception are for orders placed on Friday through Sunday. 

As a registered Home Processor in New York the regulations state that I am only allowed to sell and ship my product in New York.  If my business grows I will be able to move my business from my home to a commercial kitchen.  If that does happen I can then ship anywhere nationally and internationally.  But at this current time I can only sell and ship inside New York.  

Currently there is one pick-up location and time.  If this time and location does not work for you please text 631.879.2980 so we can try to work out another time and location that works best for you.  

Unfortunately we do not accept any sort of return or exchanges unless your cookies are not edible and pictures are provided of the situation.  Any refunds will incur a 10% surcharge whether for cookies or shipping costs. Thank you for understanding.
